They offer a complete PRIVATE tour, I traveled with my sister and we both had the drivers and the Tour Guides for ourselves. The private cars were very clean and always on time, the tour guides were very helpful, professional, friendly and knowledgeable.The hotel in Istanbul it is very close to a few attractions.In Cappadocia at the hotel,we had 2 great dinners that are included.In Kuşadası the hotel has breathtaking views.In general an amazing experience you won’t regret to get the tour with them, they are going to ask you to make 2 payments prior your arrival and they are going to send you a link to make those payments. I know is sounds scary but just trust them and if one of your credit cards does not get approved, use a different one.We left Türkiye loving the culture, the food and the people.Verified A Thoroughly Awesome Day In Istanbul My friend and I booked a whirlwind five day trip to Turkiye, with one full-day guided tour in Istanbul with Reminder Tour. Kaan, our guide, was amazing. I had a short list of oddly specific places that my friend and I wanted to visit in Istanbul, including the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Fener and Balat, and Kadikoy on the Asian side. Kaan got us to all those places and more, including the Spice Bazaar. He even joined in on our "cat count (we lost track after about 50 cats.)" Feel Like A Local! I had reached out to Reminder Tours after watching a number of YouTube videos where they were referenced. This was a first for my family, booking something from the television. Best decision ever! We booked airport transfers and were blessed to have 2 days with Öykü. When I contacted Reminder Tours, I shared that we wanted to feel like we were visiting the city with a friend. Our time with Öykü felt just like that. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and had us feeling like locals. Was kind enough to share hidden gems to grab tea, a delicious kebab restaurant and skip the line takes on a whole new meaning with Öykü. Additionally, she asked that we contact her if we needed anything on our last day on our own. The communication with Öykü and Furkan was spot on and virtually instantaneous. We booked and got lucky enough to have Öykü as our guide. We were only in Turkey for a few days and so booked a 6 hour customized Istanbul tour. Öykü is very knowledgeable and was able to give us a lot of context and history on the sites. She also gave fun facts like which movies were filmed at the basicila and hagia Sophia. Knowing that we were jet lagged, she took us for a break at the prettiest little coffee shop too. We learnt so much about istanbul but also felt like we were seeing the city with a friend :)The traffic in istanbul is insane. Luckily the tour included use of the transit system, Öykü accompanied us and it was pretty simple and efficient. Furkan was very helpful from even before we set foot in Turkey with emails and how he was constantly available if we had questions via WhatsApp once we were there. Our Istanbul guide Öykü was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable about the places and took us on a kind of mini food tour on what to eat around the Galata area. She also gave us recommendations on eating one of the best kebabs at the Asia side even if she wasn’t with us. She informed us where and how to get to certain places so it was very easy of us to go back to buy the best baklava I’ve tasted for taking back home. In Cappadocia, our guide Yarkin was excellent as well. He gave us quite a lot of background and history in the places we visited. He also gave us suggestions on the best places for photo and views and food recommendations. We were never rushed and could take our time around places. Reminder Tours also booked out the balloon ride in Cappadocia so we didn’t have to worry about slots or looking for a company to take us. The drivers for all the outings as well as pick up and drop off to the airport were friendly and helpful. At first I booked an airport transfer to our hotel via Reminder, which I learned about via Bery Istanbul Tips. We then decided to book a private street food tour, which was led by Kaan. Kaan was a great guy to hang out with for the afternoon, who first met us at our hotel in Pera, and then started us on a walking tour first through the very cool neighbourhood of Karaköy, trying some delicious Turkish street food along the way (the fish sandwich (balık ekmek) - do not skip!) then onto a ferry across the Bosphorus to Kadıköy, on the Asian side to try even more amazing food. Kaan told us many great facts, history and fun stories about Istanbul and Turkey through our several hours together. We went on this tour on one of our first days in Istanbul really helped give us our bearings for the next few days we spent there. Reminder were super easy to contact via WhatsApp, and we ended up booking a return transfer with them to the airport, which was the way to go.
