• In Istanbul, all of our tours are walking or use public transportation due to traffic issues. However, we can arrange a private vehicle with a driver upon request.
• Outside of Istanbul, all of our tours are conducted with a private vehicle and driver for your convenience.

You can book our tours at least 3 days before the tour date. However, during busy seasons, our tours might sell out quickly, so we recommend booking well in advance to secure your preferred date.

Yes, we purchase the tickets in advance, so you will not need to queue up for ticket purchases. However, please note that there may still be queues at the entrance, which are unavoidable and cannot be skipped.

No, you can pay a deposit online, and the remaining balance can be paid in cash on the tour. If you prefer to pay the balance with your credit card instead of cash, please note there will be a 20% VAT charge.

If your hotel is centrally located (Sultanahmet, Sirkeci, Beyazıt, Eminönü, Taksim, Galata, or Karaköy neighborhoods), our tour guide will meet you at your hotel. If your hotel is farther away, we will provide you with a meeting location and expect you to arrive there. You can simply send us your hotel's name, and we will confirm the meeting details.

• You should wear comfortable shoes, as there will be walking involved. In the summertime, we recommend wearing a hat or bringing an umbrella because the weather can be hot, and don’t forget to take sunscreen with you. During the winter months, expect cold and possibly raining conditions, so wear warm clothing to stay comfortable.
• When visiting mosques, modest clothing is required. Women should bring a scarf to cover their hair, and men should ensure their shorts are knee-length or longer. If you don’t have appropriate attire, covers are offered at the entrance gate of the mosques.
