Terms and Conditions

1. Booking Terms

Online reservations can only be made using a valid credit card.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Day tours, multi-day tours, day trips, activities and transfers (every booking except package tours): free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour starts, for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start are not refundable.

  • Package tours (multi-day tours across Türkiye that include hotels and/or domestic flights): free cancellation up to 7 days before the first day of the tour, for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before are not refundable, because hotels and flights are booked and paid for you.

  • How to cancel: email info@remindertour.com or message us on WhatsApp with your booking number. The time we receive your message (Istanbul time) counts.

  • Refunds are made to the card you paid with, usually within 5–10 business days. The payment processing fee (up to 5%) is deducted, as it is not returned to us.

  • Changes of date are free when requested within the same deadlines, subject to availability.

  • Late arrivals and no-shows are not refundable. This applies to any participant who does not come or arrives after the tour has left. Tours run in all weather.

  • If we cancel a tour (for example for safety reasons or if a guide is unavailable) you receive a full refund, fees included, or a new date if you prefer.

  • Package tours and extraordinary circumstances: if unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances at the destination (such as a natural disaster or official travel warning) significantly affect a package tour, you may cancel before it starts for a full refund.

  • Right of withdrawal: our tours, activities and transfers are leisure and transport services provided on a specific date. The 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts therefore does not apply to them (Article 16(l) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Article 15 of the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts); the cancellation terms above apply instead.

3. Food Allergies

Guests with allergies and dietary restrictions are welcome; however, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment, as food preparation is outside of our control. Cross-contamination or cross-contact is possible. Please note that most restaurants in Turkey may not be equipped to handle serious cross-contact allergies.

4. Gift Cards

Gift cards and certificates are nonrefundable.

5. Payment Methods

All payments must be made in USD or EUR. We accept major credit cards and online payments. Any bank or transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Changes by Reminder Tour

We reserve the right to modify or cancel any tour due to operational reasons, including but not limited to weather conditions, guide availability, or logistical challenges. If we cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for medical expenses, personal accident, loss of luggage, and cancellation or curtailment of a trip.

8. Liability and Responsibility

Reminder Tour is not liable for any personal injury, illness, loss, damage, accident, delay, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil disturbances, strikes, or government regulations.

9. Health and Safety Requirements

Participants must inform Reminder Tour of any pre-existing medical conditions or limitations. We reserve the right to refuse participation if we deem it necessary for safety reasons.

10. Child Policy

Certain tours may have age restrictions, and all minors must be accompanied by an adult. Please review the tour details carefully.

11. Use of Photographs and Recordings

Reminder Tour may take photographs or videos during tours for marketing purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of these images for promotional purposes unless you notify us in writing beforehand.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.
